WEEK 52

In my studies this week I came across the talk from Elder Holland, "Like a Broken Vessel" in it it says:

"..while we may feel we are like a 'broken vessel as the Psalmist says, we must remember that vessel is in the hands of the divine potter.."

We met with Katherine this week with the intent of lifting her and building her faith. We talked a lot about how Heavenly Father isn't just going to bless us with perfect circumstances or take us out of our trials, but rather in our times of trial, bless us with the opportunity to perfect our circumstances by building and relying on our faith. At the end we knelt in prayer to ask when she can be baptized. She expressed to us that she needs to "do whatever it takes, no matte how hard it is"
She wants to be baptized next week!!!!!!!!!! yay for Katherine!

I learn how to cook spicy tofu with Indian lettuce :)
Do you find yourself forgetting that you are in the hands of a divine potter? Who so carefully created this beautiful world. Don't forget to remember that someone great than anything on Earth is crafting and perfecting you. :)

haha and maybe I feel inclined to share this message becasue Elder Lai accidently knocked over a vase during English class. hehe. The secret is out, missionaries aren't perfect after all :)

Hope you all have a great week!
